We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. At best, we will pack your order the same day you ordered. Packages within Germany are then usually the next day with you (1-2 business days). Packages to Europe take about 3-5 days. Packages to foreign countries (e.g. USA & Canada) will arrive after about 7 business days.

Order tracking
Once we have packed your package and it is picked up and scanned by our shipping providers, you will receive a tracking number. So you can always track where your package is and see when it will arrive. We ship with 3 service providers: DHL, DPD and UPS.
