The ultimate pouring fun with JESIN!

This material shows you new, environmentally friendly and modern ways of casting in silicone molds. Jesin is a high-quality, almost silky-soft plaster casting compound that is not only super easy to work with, but also offers you many more color and design options than conventional plaster compounds.

JESIN is a casting compound consisting of a powder and a liquid (water-based acrylic resin) and offers you countless processing possibilities.

There are many design options available to you: marble look, terrazzo, speckled look, color blocking, dot technique, ... and much more.

What you pour with it is up to you!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Simply mix powder and liquid (2:1 by weight - 2 parts powder + 1 part liquid)

2. If you want to add color, just use the COLORBERRY LIQU-MENTS (a few drops are enough, but not more than 5% of the JESIN mass to be colored)

3. Pour into a silicone mold - processing time 20 minutes

4. To remove the bubbles, you can vibrate the silicone mold a little and the few air bubbles that are created by stirring will come to the surface.

5. Wait until it has hardened (approx. 20 min)

6. Remove from the mold and let rest for another 24 hours

HOW MUCH JESIN FIT IN YOUR SILICONE MOLD?

If you want to find out how many grams of JESIN you need for a specific silicone mold, simply fill the silicone mold you want to pour JESIN into with water. Now simply take the correct amount of water (e.g. 150 g) "times 2", as you need twice the amount of JESIN for this mold. Example: amount of water 150 ml/gx 2 = 300 g JESIN. So you need 100 g liquid + 200 g powder.
